Day 1 Tour Details

Option 1: 9:00 AM From Canning Rail Station

The journey will commence at 9:00 AM sharp, starting from Canning Rail Station. To reach Canning, customers are required to catch the local train from Sealdah at 7:42 AM which will take approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. Upon arrival, customers will be greeted by our tour manager who will lead the way to Sonakhali via local transportation.

The adventure to the Sundarbans will begin from Sonakhali through a houseboat. Get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey surrounded by stunning scenery and rich wildlife.

Option 2: 7:00 AM From Kolkata

Our journey will commence at 7:00 AM sharp from Kolkata. Our pickup location will be at Gate No. 1 of Science City, with a reporting time of 7:00 AM. Please ensure that you arrive on time so that we can begin our adventure without any delays.

Upon arrival, our tour manager will greet you and arrange for local transportation to take you to Gadkhali boat ghat. Alternatively, if you prefer to drive, you can reach the Gadkhali boat ghat directly by car.

10:30 AM

After breakfast, we will depart for the Sundarban on a houseboat at approximately 10:30 AM.

12:30 PM

After approximately two hours of boating, we will arrive at Gosaba around 12:30 PM. Upon arrival, we will explore the UNESCO Heritage preserved bungalows of Rabindranath Tagore and Mr. Hamilton Saheb by foot.

1:30 PM

A delicious lunch will be served on the boat, allowing you to enjoy a meal while taking in the stunning views of the Sundarban.
